Long-Term Care

We fully support residents and their families as they transition from the comforts of their homes to Westwood Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Residents will be involved in therapy as prescribed by their physician as well as emersed in daily activities to stimulate their social and emotional well-being. Resident comfort is our primary goal!

Residents will be supported by our staff to meet all of their personal care needs. These Activities of Daily Living can include:

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Using the toilet
• Transferring to or from bed or chair
• Caring for incontinence
• Eating
• Medication reminders
