Westwood Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Chicago, IL that strives to help our residents regain their health, independence, and an improved quality of life by providing personalized, goal-oriented care.

Welcome to Westwood Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Chicago, Illinois. We are a skilled nursing, and psychiatric rehabilitation center that serves our residents with personalized, goal-oriented care. We strive to help our mild psychiatric residents regain their health, independence, and improved quality of life. This is at the core of everything we do. We provide 89 intermediate beds and 26 skilled beds. We are unique in that we are a Kosher Facility and part of the Jewish Community.
Comprehensive services and care are administered by an expert staff of compassionate professionals and include therapy services, comprehensive nursing, specialty therapies, psychiatric rehabilitation, social services, financial aid services, and amenities to make each resident feel right at home.

Our Services
Comprehensive Nursing
Our award-winning skilled nursing care and on-site specialty services will provide the quality of care that our residents deserve. We seek to maintain a calming environment where our residents can rest and recover and their families feel informed.
Rehabilitation
Our healthcare team of primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists create a customized program appropriate for individuals who need traditional post-acute rehabilitation and/or psychiatric rehabilitation. Our goal-oriented therapy is offered to residents 7 days a week!
Long-Term Care
Our staff strives to truly know our residents and provide the level of care expected of a caring and quality facility. Residents will be involved in therapy as prescribed by their physician as well as immersed in daily activities to stimulate their social and emotional well-being. We want our residents to live in a comfortable, home-like environment while receiving therapies and clinical care from our compassionate staff.
Behavioral Care
Westwood Village offers unique programming for individuals with mild psychiatric/behavioral needs. Whether it be short-term rehabilitation, medication management, or community reintegration, we offer a full range of services to fit each individual’s short and long-term needs. We are proud to offer our residents multiple care options under one roof. Our psychiatric rehabilitation is performed by professional mental health staff. We have psychosocial skills training programs and crisis management.
Activities
A positive and uplifting atmosphere is vital to the success of healing, recovery, and rehabilitation. We provide a monthly activity calendar to each resident to keep them informed of upcoming events. Friends and family are always welcome!
Social Services
Our social services team assists both residents and their families during transitional periods. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, help in care planning and independent living skills, provide community placement, and manage discharge planning for each resident.
