Long-term Care
We fully support residents and their families as they transition from the comforts of their home to our home. Our smaller, intimate size allows us to truly know each and every one of our residents and provide the level of care expected of a caring and quality facility. Residents will be involved in therapy as prescribed by their physician as well as immersed in daily activities to stimulate their social and emotional well-being.
Behavioral Care
Westwood Village offers unique programming for individuals with psychiatric/behavioral needs. Whether it be short-term rehabilitation, medication management, or community reintegration, we offer a full range of services to fit each individual’s short and long-term needs. We are proud to offer our residents multiple care options under one roof. Our psychiatric rehabilitation is performed by professional mental health staff.
Diabetes Management
We are unique in that we are a Kosher Facility providing Kosher meals to our patients, and are a big part of the Jewish Community. Our experienced nurses provide help with all aspects of managing diabetes including blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration and tracking, exercise planning, menu planning, education, and more.
Dietary Program
Our dietary program is designed to meet the dietary and physician-ordered needs of each resident in our care. To ensure that each resident is receiving the proper nutritional needs we offer meals to meet specific dietary and therapeutic needs, according to physician orders, oral supplemental, as prescribed by each physician, and regular nutritional assessments from our registered dietitian.
Activities
A positive and uplifting atmosphere can set the tone for a resident’s stay. Here at Westwood Village, each resident is given a calendar to keep them informed of upcoming events such as birthday parties, movies, musical programs, outings, and other special events. We want our residents to stay as social and active as they can be.

Psychiatric Care
Our program focuses on both the mental and physical aspects of each resident to develop a comprehensive rehabilitation plan. Our mental health staff works on improving physical strength, performing activities of daily living, and managing any health needs. Westwood Village offers the unique advantage of having a team continually monitoring both the medical and psychological progress of each resident in our care.
